Training today again.sian ar!!!Today dam tired lah the training.
dio leg cramp.wwwaaahhh!still hav 2 train.but i today spike
still not bad ar.After training go eat lunch with zhi hao,
shao wei n shun da.den went back home.Slept on the bus.
haha!
